Baan Haad Yao Villas are located within plush palms at Haad Yao beach on Koh Phangan in Thailand. Haad Yao is a snorkelling site with beautiful corals in the turquoise waters of this beautiful island. Haad Yao is a thriving tourist hot-spot with plenty to do and within easy access to the rest of the island.

There are some twenty five villas built in a modern Thai style. Each villa is spacious with a living room and large open air bathroom plus all mod cons including air-con, fan, refrigerator, satellite TV and DVD player in some of the ranges. Each villa can accommodate from one to four guests with ease.

The villas are built to surround the large swimming pool and there are four different kinds of villa available including poolside, pool view, ocean view and slightly larger family villas. Just above the villas on the hill is the Baan Haad Yao Villa Hotel which offers sea view rooms as part of this large complex.

The beach at Haad Yao is one of the most famous on the island and offers a long and deep sandy beach with plenty of activities such as swimming, snorkelling and diving – there are two schools on the beach. The beach is just a few seconds walk along the path from our restaurant that serves both Thai and international food from its extensive menu.

The gardens at Baan Haad Yao Villas offer a huge variety of Thai flora and fauna with banana palms, orchids, birds of paradise, Thai marigolds and much more. Island Adventure Packages

Baan Haad Yao Villas offer 4 or 5 night Island Adventure packages allowing guests a range of planned activities to maximise their holiday time spent on the Island. Each package incorporates accommodation in a villa for 2,3,4 or 5 guests with breakfast included each day. Guests can enjoy a boat trip that will take in many of the Islands best beaches and snorkelling sites with lunch included. The Island Jeep tour then visits the temples, mountains, waterfalls and beaches across the Island. Alternatively guests can choose the Elephant Trekking tour - a one hour ride on elephant back through the jungle close to the Pang waterfall in the center of Koh Phangan.

The resort has it's own longtail boat and so guests then enjoy either a day or night fishing trip with drinks and bait supplied. A taxi to the full moon party or a shopping trip to Haad Rin is then the final part of the package allowing guests to indulge in this world famous event and location.
