Booking Details

All prices are in Thai Baht.
All villas include American breakfast and free transfer from the pier.
3 Person Villas include breakfast for 3 guests, 4 Person Villas for 4 guests – all other Villas and rooms include breakfast for 2 guests. The deposit payment required is to cover 50% of your stay.
Free transfer from all island areas - from 3 days + reservations only.
Cleaning policy: rooms are cleaned daily between 10.00 and 17.00.
Use of safe box on reception.
Free internet usage in reception.
Free wireless internet in villas and hotel.
Transfer return to Thongsala Pier 100 Baht per person.
Children under 12 free of charge for transfer.
Children under 12 sharing bed with parents pay for breakfast only.
Single person discount is 200 Baht per person per night.
Full Moon Party transfer (one way) is 200 Baht per person.

Booking Restrictions

The Minimum Stay is 3 days on the Full Moon period.
The Minimum Stay at Christmas is 5 nights.
The Minimum Stay at New Year is 7 nights.
Compulsory Gala Dinners - New Year (31st Dec) - 1,500 Baht per person, Children under 12 are 800 Baht per person.

Villa for Rent

The Minimum stay for the House for Rent is 1 month.
Breakfast is not included however electricity, cleaning and linen are included.
Wireless Internet is available free of charge.

Promotions

Full Moon Party Package - 5 days and 4 nights - 9,950 Baht per villa

Taxi for 2 guests to the FMP (at set times) – one way.
2 Cocktails or Red Bull Buckets poolside.
Free transfers to and from Thongala.
Breakfast on each day for 2 guests.
Late check out.

Additional guests are charged 3,750 Baht including extra bed plus all the package ingredients above.

The Full Moon Package is available in the High and Low Season but not the Peak season.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations can be accepted and deposits can be refunded up to 7 days before check in at all times except in the Christmas and New Year periods when 14 days notice is required.

2. A full refund of the advance deposit will be made less any costs of money transfer i.e. bank charges, Paypal costs (3.4% per transaction) & so on that have been incurred. If a Paypal deposit transaction is cancelled within 60 days of the booking confirmation there are no paypal fees incurred.

3. A transfer of the booking to a later date if adequate notice is given of a cancellation can be arranged. This is subject to agreement by the resort and also availability.

4. Early check out and no shows will be charged at 100%. No refund in these circumstances.

5. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to the email address from which a booking confirmation was originally sent.
