All prices are in Thai Baht
The Minimum Stay is 3 days on the Full Moon period
The Minimum Stay at Christmas and New Year is 5 nights.
All villas include American breakfast and free transfer from the pier.
The deposit payment required is to cover 50% of your stay
Free transfer from all island areas - from 3 days + reservations only
Use of safe box on reception
Free internet usage in reception
Free wireless internet in villas and hotel
Transfer to Thongsala Pier 100 Baht per person
Children under 12 free of charge for transfer
Full Moon Party transfer (one way) is 200 Baht per person
Compulsory Gala Dinners - New Year (31st Dec) - 1,500 Baht per person, Children under 12 are 800 Baht per person

Promotions

All promotions are valid until end March 2010
Book 5 nights and pay 4 nights, book 10 nights and pay 8 nights is available for dates outside of full moon week
Breakfast is not included on the free promotional nights
Full moon week is defined as 3 nights before the full moon, full moon night plus 3 nights after full moon
